Hi lexi, don't you think it looks a little bit too ... mmh ... ordinary, not special enough to be something special? The legs for example look strange to me. But maybe I am wrong.
@mvc ; "chacun à son goût" as per your succinct response in a recent thread.
Besides, I am looking for help / information with regard to the maker etc, purely from an educational viewpoint ,not opinions on whether the table in question is ordinary or special.
Good night.

@leif-ericson. Went through that list; narrowed it down and finally; Mobelfabrikken VAMO, Sonderborg.

Nice! And now based on the visual form of the table and the knowledge of who designed for Vamo there is an obvious designer who one might ATTRIBUTE it to. Maybe with some luck and the foreknowledge of who it will be possible to find some documentation? I can additionally say that the table’s design post dates 1957 because it isn’t in the 57 Vamo catalog. The DFC medallion suggest production in 1959 or fairly shortly thereafter. And it probably wasn’t available for long because it is not very common (although this is a tenuous inference).
@leif-ericson. This is like"lock-down" home schooling!! Searched Vamo on the Furniture Index; not many designers associated with them. Add Ejvind A Johansson to that list . The "obvious" designer you refer to is Johannes Andersen?
