Or any idea what it might be worth? I am getting rid of a few things I inherited from a house move. Thanks in anticipation.

We deal mostly with modern furniture here, but I'd call it an early 20th century quartersawn oak narrow standing bookcase with scallop trim.  Nice oak but sadly there's not a lot of demand/value for furniture like this.  Value depends on what part of the world you're in, so check local auction and Ebay results for similar items.  

It looks really beautiful.
