Hello everyone,

This is my first post here. I've enjoyed reading this forum for a couple years now and it's already helped me out a few times.

Recently I've purchased a coffee table together with an Arne Vodder sideboard and writing desk. Both these pieces are well known pieces and are both labeled with a Sibast label. The coffee table however, is not.

Now the reason I believe that this could be a design by Arne Vodder is mainly because of the legs. The shape matches that of so many Vodder pieces, as well as the sideboard and writing desk that came with it. Other than that, the design doesn't necessarily have to be by Arne Vodder. The quality of the piece is outstanding.

I have been searching for it online for weeks now, and I haven't found anything like it so far. I hope any of you guys and girls on here have ever seen it before, because it's slowly driving me crazy. 🤪

Thanks!

Erwin

Something else I noticed is that there is a small hole adjacent to all four of the mounting plates for the legs. These holes are about a milimeter deep, so nothing could have been screwed in there. They look to be punched in. It's remarkable that they're all in the exact same place next to the mounting plates.

Other thing I can say about it is that the wood finish appears to be the same as the desk and sideboard that came with it. So they all match quite well.
