Hoping someone smarter than me can track down some info from the attached pic. I googled and found a UL number search engine. I enter the number and get nothing. Maybe I'm just out of luck . . . or maybe someone here knows another method that I'm unaware of?

Hi
I have never been able to decode the Issue #.
What would you like to know about your lamp? Pictures would help! 🙂

I'm mainly interested in when it was made. Would also like to see pics of another one. This one, oddly enough, has a couple Koch Lowy brackets on it. Would be nice to confirm what the original was like.

Interesting.
I am going to guess its a Frankenlamp
The shades are marked Laurel per your photo but it has 2 types of swivels, what you referred to as brackets, (one being a K&L!) and the base and main section look like Lightolier (or similar period manufacturer).
I would be willing to bet that it looked a lot different originally and someone made a series of "repairs" in order to prep for sale.
