Judging by the Knoll International label it is post 1968 or 1969 (Knoll's timeline says when the name changed; I am just feeling to lazy to verify at the moment).
The date stamp on American production seems to be on the underside of the top somewhere. Although yours might not have a date stamp since it isn't American production.

...and no, no date stamp. But the lovely Knoll advisor also thought it likely dated to around then, which would tie in with what I thought

I believe these were discontinued in the early 70s, so the window is not very large.  Probably '68 to '72 give or take a year.
