| Hi tktoo I also tried diluted bleach, but as you can see there is still diclouration. I was tempted to stain it darker, or maybe even ebonise it. But after consideration I thought it would be nice lighter. I'm not too bothered about losing some of the natural colour, but am weary of damaging the fibres. | |||||

| Getting older and fatter Thanks Skip - I am in NY and asked someone at B&B but got the blank look - but will try again. I even remember the pics on the catalog, and if I am not mistaken it started with the letter "A". And yes you have good memory about it - just thought it was an amazing bed. Unfortunately B&B had done away with some of the great classic designs. | Maybe it's just a visual metaphor What I see in that ad is a visual method for displaying the Mars/Venus male/female thing. So many couples have this issue in their homes. I have business as an organizer and I am forever banging headlong into this fact of the genders. Men and women are very very different in how they use space.
