Best of Vintage – Brussels Design September

The capital of Europe is a sure bet for antiques and design. In the popular neighborhood of the Marolles, vintage enthusiasts crisscross the “Vieux Marché”, the famous daily flea market that takes place on the « place du jeu de balle ». A little further on, in search of fabulous finds, the bargain hunters descend the Rue Blaes and then go up the Rue Haute to finish their race at the Sablon, an internationally renowned antiques dealers’ historic district ! Other neighborhoods of Brussels also overflow with vintage treasures, such as the one around Brugmann square where a few antique dealers have opened their elegant midcenury shops in recent years. 

On the occasion of the 27th edition of the Brussels Design Market, Design September is providing additional exposure to the capital’s vintage stores by offering an urban vintage route through lovely vintage addresses! 

This route will bring all vintage lovers to every corner of Brussels to discover fabulous locations specializing in 20th century design.
