Made of black polyurethane with a hard plastic sole,”Gli Scacchi” was originally presented at the Salone del Mobile of Milan in 1971; at the same time as Bellini’s modular sofa’Camaleonda’.

Bellini’s “Gli Scaachi” and “Camalonda” seats were also part of the wonderful exhibition: “ITALY : THE NEW DOMESTIC LANSCAPE” by MOMA New York in 1972. An exhibition that presented the revolution in the new forms of Italian design during this particularly creative period.

Both tables are in very good vintage condition, without major damage or defects, but with normal wear and tear for age and use.

Size: one table measures 53.5 x 89 x 30 cm (H/W/W/D) and the second measures 36 x 89 x 30 cm (H/W/D)
