Brass lamp consisting of four lampshades. The outer lenses are covered with a yellow shade to ensure warm light reflection. The small lampshade that hides the bulb holder has a dark gray coating to soften the light downwards. When lit, the lamp is soft and does not glare downwards, making it ideal for low-hanging, and the glossy surface captures and reflects the contours of the surrounding space. One of the few themes that ran through Jo Hammerborg’s work at Fog & Mørup in the 1960s was that lamps were often manufactured from three different metals – copper, brass, and aluminum. The lamp is in very good condition, with slight signs of use. Dimensions: diameter: 41cm height: 18cm The lamp has been thoroughly cleaned, it has a new approx. 3-meter cable. The cable can be changed to any length and color. Additionally, the headlining is attached to the lamp.
