Ludus Ludi Las Escaleras – Let’s play!

Founded in 1979 in Lubián, a small Spanish village nested in the mountains bordering Portugal, the PICO PAO workshop was born in a house that sheltered a wife and six children. The poverty of her children, her genius to use waste material and skilled craftsmanship led her to make the best toys that a child could dream. In this small workshop in Lubián were born admirable objects from the culture of the mountain villages. Over time, Javier Bermejo focused all his activity developing the Juegos collection of Antigüedad, recovering hundreds of European and African traditional games.
