Fitzsu Society, a Los Angeles based modern tabletop & home accessories store, in association with Playsam, the leading Scandinavian design company for executive wooden toys, announces the 1st ever Fitzsu Society Grand Prix to be held on Thursday, October 19, 2006 in Los Angeles.
This inaugural charity event will premiere the original works of over fifty prominent designers (Michael Graves, Konstantin Grcic, Richard Meier & Yves Behar among others) by using a simple yet sophisticated toy car, the Playsam Streamliner Classic Car.
The Playsam car is a simple and pure design that possess the gesture of the automobile like no other. The interpretation of this shape by some of the world most influential designers is an exhilarating concept that is sure to lead to an amazing event.
