Picked this one up a few years ago for $25 it had been sitting in a back room of a auto body shop for years. It only need oiling and the seat recovered.

Thank you for reporting, I guess this is the dream of most people here, a Wegner chair for 25 $. But we should open a new thread entitled "the last thing that you acquired before joining the forum".

yeah, "The last thing you acquired" posts are where one can brag without coming across as an ass. There hasn't been much action on the last "The last thing you acquired" posts, so feel free to start one. I think the next one would be #55.

Great job on the chair! I can only imagine what the arms looked like after sitting in an auto body shop. Or maybe it was for customers, not the work crew. One can hope.
