Guys,
I am a woodworker in Dallas, TX and buid and repair a lot of modern furniture and cabinetry. Recently I was tasked with reproducing some Cado rails in walnut. Man, it was an arduous task! I finally did manage to succeed at reproducing them with a great amount of accuracy!
Is there anyone out there who still needs some made? Please hit me up, I can hopefully help!
Cheers,
Bart
I'm little more than an armchair woodworker, but could some of you folks that have tried/succeeded explain what is so difficult about this? It seems more tedious, to me, than complicated? Again, I am basically a layperson when it comes to this stuff. Just getting everything precise, or?

Not technically CADO, but CADO inspired and illustrates one approach that could be adapted to fabricating replacement rails: https://www.finewoodworking.com/membership/pdf/357935/011276032.pdf
@indiana64, You are quite welcome and welcome to the forum!
Please be aware that any dimensions in the PDF may not match those of Cado System components. The basic approach should help if you have some experience with woodworking. Best of luck!
