Some of the most entertaining creative writing on the whole mess to date: http://www.rollingstone.com/politics/features/the-fury-and-failure-of-do...
Thanks Spanky,
The Rolling Stone article is really the best article ever. It nails so many aspects of how our politics got to this point. Love the "clown car" and "empty stage" metaphors. Hilarious too!
I STILL have not dared to look at any news today. I simply don't want my day fouled by his spew.

Hello!
Aunt Mark
ps will be taking the station wagon. hi.
ps no socks/no crocks/no missing box/ no chicken pox.
Swell. You are. Surely.
I liked when you turned your camera upside down once; seeing the pants from the viewer's POV rather than the wearer's seems less -- dizzying, somehow. Don't you think ? Or don't you . . . (old SNL line)
Have a good nosh. I'm with you in spirit(s). I built and installed these display boxes for an architect friend, last week. His girlfriend is pleased; she will place her little gold-framed or framed gold art objects along the tops . . .

Nice work SDR!
The plans are beautiful too.

Have we all survived another day with Donnie? I hope so.
Lets all make America "great" again, and go back to those happy times when you could make rude and uncomfortable jokes in the workplace and generally push women and all sorts of other marginal populations around. Yeah those were the days!
Thanks, Eameshead. Not my design, you know -- I like the drawing too. The studs were almost where they are indicated . . . !
Could that be 60%, not 30% ? Less tragic or dangerous that way. I only know what I hear on NPR. Including the terrible smarmy sing-song announcer . . .

So, it's two-thirds of Republicans, not of voters, who believe the election is rigged or will be "stolen." The PBS News Hour has two experts today trying to debunk the notion, spread by Trump (and now Pence), that the election is or will be illegitimate. Watch for watchers (with guns ?) "monitoring" polling places. Geez . . .
Ah, what fun…
But it's not like this election was even gonna be close or anything… the further he sinks, the more urgently he cries foul -- all so he can change the narrative from "TRUMP LOSES BY LANDSLIDE", to "WAS THE ELECTION STOLEN?".
Gotta protect his shitty brand I guess…
It's pretty sad to see what an ungracious loser he is. He is just flailing now. Did we expect anything different from this cheeseburger?

Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump Oct 16
Watched Saturday Night Live hit job on me.Time to retire the boring and unfunny show. Alec Baldwin portrayal stinks. Media rigging election!
Yes at least there have been plenty of good laughs in this election cycle.
It does seem like so long ago now, when things were more innocent and Trump was simply an embarrassing cartoon to behold. Then things got uglier and uglier, and the flames got higher.
The only thing missing in Alex Baldwin's version of Trump is indeed that militantly blurry hair. I think it is a magical thing. It's downright metaphysical in how it messes up almost every TV camera lens.
I think the Donald should use his blurry hair as the logo for his new TV station. Except sadly, a blur has no edges and is hard to objectify. Unlike women.
