I recently sold my Eames Compact Sofa with original Girard Mexicotton (stripe) fabric, circa 1960s.
The sofa sold so quick, that I feel I may have sold it to cheap @ $1099.
My question is...I have another (identical one) which I plan to get rid of very soon.
Could someone give me an idea of fair value.
Note: Sofa is in excellent condition with original fabric.

Thank you!

Being the ebay whore that I am,
I think you underpriced it. Although I'm not in the market for that particular sofa, I definitely would have taken notice of that particular compact sofa at a price of 1099.
Recently, I saw someone put a vintage George Nelson daybed, mfged by Herman Miller, for 900. By the time I emailed the seller to ask him a shipping question, the sofa had already sold through the buy-it-now option. I was so stupid - I should have bought it then, and asked questions later.

Not too bad I think
I have seen several of these go for anything between 700 and 2000 on ebay, depending on condition and year of manufacture etc... I don't think it is such a bad price, although you could probably get more if it is an uncommon Girard upholstery. Here's two on Ebay ending today and tmrw...
