I'm looking to recover my Studio 65 Bocca / Marylin sofa and am trying to source the heavyweight knitted stretch jersey nylon for the fabric. Any clues where I might find it ?

I hesitate to suggest that you may try contacting Poltrona Frau since they own the brands Cassina, Cappellini, Alias, Gufram, Gebrueder Thonet Vienna, and Nemo. They may or may not help, but it is always worth the effort.
