this daybed has a bit of a postmodern feel. The tootsie roll pillow sits in it's own cradle. The back cushions are much like a Nelson daybed.
Anybody recognize this?
I owned it about 20 years ago and a friend has used it since in his ad agency. Now up for sale.
It has no markings on it.

custom?
Maybe it is a custom design. Person I bought it from 20 years ago did not have any information.

I don't think it's by Sottsass. I don't see it in any of the books I have on Sottsass or Italian design. Very nice, and may have been a custom piece.

I should not have given it the Sottsass heading as I know it is not by him, was just tossing out a name for a category rather than the more appropriate, postmodern.
