Mulhauser
I have always liked Mulhauser's chair for Playcraft, but I always thought that the treatment of the cushions was destroying the pure lines of the product. Too much is happening there. One of the very nice details is that he designed and playcraft made the star base in plywood to, which I always found a more coherent solution than Eames' cast base. The moulded plywood elements gathering around a central cylinder brings a very elegant touch to that base.
