I take my coffee
Stelton style, thanks to Arne Jacobsen.
Or at least I wish I did. Truth be told, most of the time my coffee comes in paper cups from a McDonalds drive-thru on the way to work, but I just wanted to steer the thread towards a design relevant direction.
This is my favorite set. Such beautiful presentation, that coffee tastes just so much better.
I usualy take tea, strong and with milk,
but when I do have coffee it's a medium-dark roast of a Columbian or Guatemalan bean made in a classic Bodum melior, served black or with whipped milk in simple pottery mugs.
Oh, yeah and I have that stelton creamer/sugar bowl set, but not the pot.
jacobsen and the addicted coffe pots
you guys and gals are too much ~~~ here i am spending thousands of dollars on Jacobsen chairs and you all have coffeepots
I am 56 years old an i never drank coffee till i was 50 years old, and that is the truth,
You are saying how did he avoid it?
My parents were addicts to coffee from 8 to 11 every day and night , but i never succumb to the evil temptation, till one day 6 years ago starbucks opened in our neighborhood , I had heard about them seen them. cause i travel the world (drink tea and milk in London) apple tea in Istanbul but when my brother and i went in for moca lattes and caramel frappachinos 5 days a week we got addicted .
I should sue those Bastards they polluted my mind and body , since they came to town. I have gained 20 lbs and have to have one almost every day,
I did so damn good for 50 years and then i had to go and get hooked,

I drink a double espresso...
I drink a double espresso each morning out of a small paper cup. For making regular coffee its hard to beat the results of the french press. For simplicity of design, my favorite coffee maker design is the good ol' chemex!
I also love Richard Sapper's coffee pot for alessi

My coffee maker is made by Capresso, probably the very best coffee maker these days.
Once upon a time, Krups and Braun were good brands, but their recent coffee makers are pretty badly designed.
Capresso was started by the U.S. manager of Krups.
