Depends on where the plaque is to be mounted and your local environmental conditions.
On your house and partially sheltered from the elements, almost any material would be fairly durable. Out by the street where it could be exposed to weather, theft, vandalism, snowplows, salt, sand, etc., different story.
Check with city/town hall as to local ordinances and codes, if any. Many municipalities and/or neighborhood associations have specific guidelines often concerning size.
All that aside, the products in your link look to be pretty high-quality and would likely outlive most of us under normal conditions.
