The need for industrial design graduate  

Has been considering this issue.I asked this question a lot of people.Some people said I need, they feel more comprehensive graduate industrial design contact.I asked the management of an industrial design company, he said they recruited mainly required to see your personal ability, not education.I think industrial design is the need of the market the most advanced culture, with 3 years to feel the market culture is not more than three years to learn better?This problem has plagued me, I hope you give me some advice.
