I know y'all are wanting to see pictures and as soon as I get home, I'm going to find it and post it. I was floating on a house boat in the bayous of south Louisiana for 2 days. A bunch of us were moving the house boat to state owned land that a cousin of mine was leasing. The area being leased was really close to the Gulf of Mexico....in order words, in the middle of no where...20 miles from the nears town.
When we arrive to the area, there were a few house boats tied to the bank of a particular chenier. The very first house boat was really cool and modern....didn't expect to see it out there. I have a picture at home and will post it tonight.

I lied....
Well I didn't lie...I just can't find the picture I thought I had. My external has tens of thousands pictures categorized perfectly...well almost perfect. No "down the bayou" modern house boat.
The next best thing is in Arizona. Has anyone heard of El Cosmico? I've traveled the Southwest a lot for no particular reason besides having a good time.
