Does anyone know of any modern neighborhoods in Eastern/Central PA? My wife and I are thinking of relocating somewhere a little less expensive and quieter than NY but within three or four hours. I?m not sure we want a neighborhood but it would give us something to think about.
We are particularly interested in that area but it would be great to see modern neighborhoods anywhere just for fun.

Not PA, but if Virginia is an option
... since it is also about 4 hours away, just outside of DC is an awesome neighborhood full of modern homes called Hollin Hills.

It's not too far from NY (and there are regular commuter trains if you don't like doing that much driving) plus you also have the arts and culture of Metro D.C. The politics, well....
