Hi,

I'm one of the producers of "Small Space, Big Style" on HGTV. The show features small homes (under 1000 sq ft) and the homeowners who live in them.

The idea behind the show is that just because you might not have a big space to work with, that doesn't mean you have to sacrifice style comfort or function. It's not a makeover show-- we shoot finished homes & we're looking for everything from high end design to DIY budget projects, arty to traditional, as well as small apartments that use space in unique ways(artists who work from home, how do you fit 3000 records in 250
sq feet and still have someplace to sleep). So in short-- great or unique tiny homes!

Custom furniture & cabinetry are great ways to make small spaces work really well so I'd love to talk to anyone who has worked on projects that might be a fit for the show.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

1- SIZE: The homes can be ANY type of living space- homes, apartments, condos, lofts, bungalows, yurts, yachts, dorm rooms, houseboats- but they must be under 1,000 square feet!

2- STYLE: The homes must have a unique and/or interesting design style, and should creatively make the most of the limited space.

3- LOCATION: The space must be within a one hour drive of a major metropolitan area.

**NOTE: This is NOT a make-over show. All spaces must be small, stylish, and completed**

Great show!
I am not able to help you, (my house is much too big else I'd love to participate) but I would like to say that I've enjoyed your show. I am a professional organizer and I appreciate seeing creative ways to develop storage/organization in a small space. I am also pleased that you have had Maxwell Gillingham-Ryan on your show as he is a 'force for creative good' in the field of professional organizing. My regards,
