A pair of 1950's Thonet chairs
I went away for the weekend and my partner fell in love with these vintage Thonet chairs.

Got this lovely little Italian vase at the thrift store this morning. Had to wait on line in the snow for an hour....but I persevered. Anybody recognize the mark...?

Robsjohn-Gibbings
Picked up one of these this weekend. Needs restoration, but should be easy enough. Need to pick appropriate but interesting material.

Basket clock for $50. Keeps good time. Seems to have all the original parts except for the Howard Miller label on the front.

Thanks Geo. H. regarding the lamp. It is unmarked, but a pretty nice ceramic piece for $3 from my local second hand store. I got this round teak dining table (also unmarked) at the same store this morning, for $15. The most valuable thing I got at this small town junk store was a pair of Gustav Stickley side chairs which were on their garbage pile (the leather seats were missing), so they were free. I sold them for enough to cover the set of six Moller #71 dining chairs I currently have.

New chairs.
Still trying to figure out where they go. I'm not sure they're right as dining chairs around this small tabletop, but that corner of the room isn't large enough for the big oval...
Oh, well, whatever. I'll find a place for them. Maybe put them around a low table and make a separate seating area or something.

Yeah.
The bases are a problem, and the chairs look enormous around that table. I think I'm gonna go back to plastic Panton stacking chairs there.
Thanks, Woofwoof.
