ID help chairs $ 50 reward

I will offer $ 50 in US Funds ( US postal money order) to the first one that can identify correctly the person that designed these chairs. I have to be able to verify it online to my satisfaction.

There are no labels. the only info that I have is that they were made before 1960 and the fabric may be Rubelli.

I feel like this forum ID'd these a while back.

Hard to tell if they are teak or walnut, but I am leaning towards walnut, from what I can see. If they are walnut, this would statistically point towards US design/production.

Walnut, and I am guessing they are Italian.

The fabric would support the Italian hypothesis. Something about the design still says US to me, but Italy would be among my next guesses. Denmark would be among my last guesses. Obviously none of this helps the OP.
