Hi all,

This image ( courtesy of Mats Linder) has just been posted on a facebook forum . I thought I would share, as I have never seen it before, nor did I realise he designed for Vatne Lenestolfabrikk.

Ib Kofod-Larsen is a bit of a mistery because he was very prolific, drew for many companies but was not very outspoken about what he did. I guess that there are some more surprising finds like this.

It states Sola mobelindustri as the manufacturer but the only "sola " I am aware of is a company in Norway and as far as I know they did not make chairs!.

Also I find it strange, maybe it is the poor image, but the chair appears to have very little supprt for the seat apart from the legs: maybe that is why you do not see many of this model online? 😉

Posting out of curiosity and perhaps someone else might be able to give some information.
