This is how to post a picture on the forum:
If your picture is not hosted on a server, you can use the process below:
1- Go to photobucket's website (free image hosting service) http://www.photobucket.com
2- Upload your picture(s)
3- Resize your picture (max 500 pixels wide)
4- Select one of your pictures and
5- Copy the Direct Link in the 'associated web images' field after the message field
