Hans Wegner - Fritz Hansen FH708?  

Have you asked the seller to substantiate the claim?

There are only a few sites that show that chair with the claim that it's a "FH708" by Wegner. You might get a more reliable answer from Fritz Hansen. It is not listed on their timeline on their archive page:

I can't remember if they're one of the companies who answer email inquiries like this but it's always worth a try. Please report back if you hear anything!

Admittedly my interest in whether or not Fritz Hansen made a chair that is similar to the Elbow Chair is academic; therefore I have not yet contacted the seller. I will attempt to contact Fritz Hansen and see what they say. Thank you.

The chairs whose photos you posted have been sold anyway, so it's less likely the seller will be interested in responding to queries about them. At least that's been my experience with dealers.

I mean the vintage docs I have, whether they have a model number. It was shown with one or two other Wegner for FH designs from 1948 too.
