I have an eames sofa compact that's been sitting in my office for years. I was going to have it reupholstered (the original fabric is old and the padding is thin) but I never got around to it. Now I want to sell it. I'm in Los Angeles. I've never used Craig's list or Ebay. Is there another way to sell it here, or do I need to learn how to use these sites? Thanks for any info
Sales here on the forum are not allowed
but you can place an ad in the "radar" section of the site.
In Los Angeles, Craigslist will probably get you a price nearly as high as you'd get on Ebay, plus you won't have to ship the thing (although shipping isn't as expensive or difficult as you might think; the sofa folds flat and weighs just under 100 pounds).
