I purchased a pre 71 eames chair a month ago in a state of disrepair.After three weeks of repairing the veneer and refinishing the chair I am ready to attach the new shock mounts. The old mounts that were on the chair had been reglued several times ,so its hard to tell the original placement.Does any one know how to find the proper position to install the new shock mounts,so the chair will sit corretly.
