Hi Zenpop, the table lamp in the image was designed by Anthony Incolia, for Heifetz Manufacturing Company, 1951. The image linked by SDR is on the 'architonic' website, a very extensive online resource of modern design. If you are not already familiar with it, you may want to check it out - it is quite easy to navigate and one can locate items by various searches, including certain product groups (e.g. lighting), or by specific designer, etc,.
