is it a table or something else??its around 3ft x1ft x8in i know they're known primarily for serveware and kitchen bric a brac...but this doesnt seem like either...$4.00 makes a good plant stand for me.....

a wine rack and not a very old one, either. Hence the reason the holes are drilled on an angle and the posts are offset to accommodate 8 bottles.
