I make the odd piece of furniture, usually from moulded ply (b + w stools typical of my stuff) but am pretty bored with it now and have been given a lot of mild steel plate and have finished this outdoor side-table this morning, 3mm thick plate 420mm dia. 600mm high with 1/2 inch rod legs, its stable and strong. I'm not sure if I like it or if it is marketable. What do you guys think would be a reasonable retail price or colours for powder coating? I'm at a loss as to if its even good looking or not!

well I don't think there's much more I can do with it! I forgot that I had this made a few months ago too, its a rectangle with the sides folded down to make the legs, ends up a diamond shape.

I like them

Don't the four legs of the round table make a square on the floor, and if not why not ?
Keep it up !

All are nice and simple, the round top table perhaps better with three legs, really like the "broomstick" rounded tips.

I like the four legs. Nice job. If I had money, I might think about paying for them 🙂

The minimal forms suggest/call for black... being a main option for both tables. With the "rounded tip" legs a bull nose edge is nice for the top.The (M noodle stools) red, possible and black...plating a few chrome... rather stylish?

The right color
really is a function of where the table will be used, no ? I like it in white; perhaps the buyer will be incouraged to color it as he or she wishes ?
Plating implies a perfect metal finish. If that is achievable, this piece entirely plated would be terrific.
