Girlygirl..
tell us how the auction side of this site worked,i mean was it more toward the vintage or the modern?,and at which point are these two separated?.So many "designers" i had never learned about. I have seen many "memorable" websites on there already and yet they still come!,i am learning too which is a good thing.I wonder Girlygirl..how did you learn of this site?,any more?.

auction
hi viv,
i receive their emails on tuesday mornings. the auctions were categorized by item(s). every other week or once monthly. can not remember exactly. i.e. mirrors or chairs etc... they had themes... i liked it and hope to see it again soon.

Thanks Girlygirl..
That seems a good way to run it!.Cant wait till its running again,i will be there at the ready Girlygirl. I still cant understand how they can put so much on one site? its very good for lovers of modern as well as lovers of vintage esp. if they like auctions.

Dear girlygirl
How can you do this to Vivienne. She has been your strongest and most faithfull supporter...and now you mention "I thought of you" in the same sentence as "...see some of the antiques in the flesh.."
Did we not have a tradition on this forum to bump up threads... in style?

Thats ok Koen & Girlygirl..
People often think of me as antique im sure!, and no amount of my special alcoholic preservation seems to help!. So much stuff yet to see on this vintage and moderninc site,im really ploughing through it!,its wonderful. Girlygirl,at present i am staying with friends (enemies) while they dry me out (not working), and only allowed out in public with an escort (Male and cute) in UK.Suddenly,my collections of Campana,Arad,Branzi,Jimmiemartin,G & G etc. seem a little bit predictable?, theres so much variety on vintageandmoderninc. Have a look everbody...and theres an auction site soon.

Why register?
Why does one need to register in order to see the items' prices?

Hello Brent...
I assume its so that they can keep you informed of any exhibitions or limited editions that they might do in the future?.The good part about the site is that its both vintage AND modern and of course the auction when its up and running.Maybe Girlygirl will explain why we need to register?.

Perhaps we've all been outsmarted.
I was in disbelief that someone could really not be able to pick up on so much sarcasm.
But it appears that continuous responses to this post, keeps this website's name at the top of the forums list, driving more traffic to the site.
Clever girlygirl. It's hard to believe you could not pick up on the sarcasm, you now I think you probably did. You played us, but I'm not going to play anymore. I encourage everyone to end this post right here. Bye-bye.

love the game
i'm confused by the_beloved's contradictory replies. beloved says hate the game not the players. beloved seems to be hating on this site. why? as beloved says, the market is healthy and strong for all to be playing and dropping coin. i'm happy to see this site and more like it. i love the game and the players.
