cado wall system  

I have the cado teak shelf system which is held tight by springs which allow you to wedge the uprights against the ceiling. The ceilings in our new home are too low to accomodate this system
Do you know a way to modify the vertical standards to accomodate to the low ceiling using the spring devices inserted in top and bottom of standards?
or any way to adjust/modify the standards so they will support the weight of cado shelves ??
the standards are 95 inches inches long
ceiling is 90 inches high
