Who designed this lamp?

My boss decorated the office with nothing but Knoll furniture and extras. He was updating and he gave me these two lamps. He said these are "Florence Knoll". There are no markings on them. How can I prove the are Florence Knoll? And by Florence he meant that she herself designed them.
The boss is long gone so there is no one to ask.

Don't know
But I think they appear in the Ice Storm in the Sigourney Weaver character's bedroom, a pair. That's a sign of quality!

I swear there was nothing in...
I swear there was nothing in the office that wasn't Knoll..this was his taste..I don't know when lhe bought them originally but I got them in the mid 60's.
I posted a different view.

Thanks, Paul Mayen seems to have designed a lamp back in the 60's just about identical to my two lamps. Only difference is mine are all chrome but his have a shade of powder coated metal. The base and the shape /design are the same.
I think this must be a P.M. lamp or he copied Florence Knoll which I highly doubt.
