Hello,
In our 20's (College days) we would work weekends to get Monday to Wednesday off. To go to the cottage. It belonged to a friend of the family and we all had a key. This chair was my fav and when the cottage was demolished (1930's western red cedar) to make a retirement house for our friends Mother. The chair was forever lost.
I would love to know more about it so I can find another one or take up the hobby of making one.
Doesn't matter if it is in good shape or terrible shape.
It was so comfortable an had back support.

"I can send a pic by email" isn't how things are done here; that's why you're not getting serious responses.

FF, the reason kellybeck is...
FF, the reason kellybeck is not getting any serious responses is that "she" is a scammer fishing for a mark who will eventually try to sell her a chair as part of her cashier's check scam. Usually originates in Africa, but unfortunately it looks like Chinese scammers have also recently invaded this forum.
Odd stories, email requests, poor English, and odd hour postings are usually the best clues, although that could summarize most of the legit posts here as well 🙂
