Where and how best to sell a collection of modern design furniture.  

I will be emigrating to Oz from the UK with my girlfriend in the New Year and will be selling my collection of modern design furniture to raise a few more pennies, (sniff).
I am not sure if selling all the items to a dealer as a job lot - individually on-line or submitting them to an auction would be the best way forward.
Shipping is not likely to be an option as raising more funds currently takes priority.
I used to go to TW Gaze and Roseberrys but they tend not to have the quality anymore - but I am not sure that my stuff is up to Sotherby's standards as it has been travelling from home to home with me and is used everyday - it has the lived in and loved patina.
For reference I have:
Saarinen white marble tulip dining table (chips on the edge)
6 x tulip dining chairs (stickers underneath - scratches)
Bertoia Bird Chair and Ottoman - (original fabric - needs new latex)
Virgin Megastore listening post commissioned by Richard Branson (with supporting photo) - like an egg/ball chair with speakers and controls.
2 x nice Anglepoise desk lights and floor lamps
Black glass and chrome sliding coffee table / drinks cabinet - cracked glass and a dent.
Various Object D'Art and glass.
Any advice or experiences wold be gratefully received.
