Why do you think it is new production?
I know nothing about it, but to look at it, it seems entirely possible it is vintage.
It would certainly be interesting if someone has figured out how to overcome the price of teak to produce a modern "knock off."

What are you seeing that...
What are you seeing that makes you think its new production?
It looks like a newly refinished older piece to me.

This is the description:
Free-standing sideboard by J & P Design with teak cabinet, reversible sliding doors, teak and lemon yellow respectively. Left side with storage compartment and five lacquered drawers. Right side with storage compartment and three teak drawers. Round legs and raised edge at the back of the top. H. 70, L. 180, D. 42 cm. Produced by Bruno Hansen Furniture. Model Reversible.
I wonder: who is J & P design, this doesn't sound vintage and nowhere is the age or date of the piece mentioned.
I would think this is a custom piece, made by the mentioned firm, wich obviously has quite some skill.
I was surprised by the 'resemblance' with vodder pieces.
