Getting geared to get another estimate tomorrow. Thought I'd get some feedback from you folks. I'm seriously looking at "Green" fabrics and foam. I know it lays in my hands, looking for suggestions on fabrics? I've already combed Knoll. Lets see what you come up with!

check www.maharam.com they ...
check www.maharam.com they have great fabrics and that chair would look great in a Joseph Hoffman or the new Paul Smith fabrics that were featured on the new Hans Wagner chairs manufactured by Carl Hansen
that upper chair to me sorta looks like a Wagner, or a nice solid in messenger, check them out you will find something you like ,
I personally don't think any of the Girards would look good on that chair might be to busy but who knows

Still working on it
Checked out the suggestions, both are great. Robert, great suggestion, just not practical at the moment. LRF, the top chair is made by Futorian. Don't think there's any relationship with Hans. Bottom chair by IMC, which i know nothing about and any info on would be great.

I could have sworn the top...
I could have sworn the top chair was by DUX. But after looking it up it is a little different.

Dux
I really like the Dux! Been eyeballing for one, but the Futorian fell into my lap. The Dux seems more masculine, while the Futorian more Feminine...doesn't matter as they're both great chairs. There's a recliner version that resembles the base of my Futorian and the seating of your picture.

Green Upholstery
You've got a lot of options for the cushions. Natural Latex, foam made with tree cellulose and there's also stuff made with some kind of grain husks, but I can't remember the name of it at the moment.
As for fabrics, Organic cotton is not all that hard to come by and that's a good choice. Your local millenery or upholstery shop should be able to locate that for you. there's also organic woollens which are reasonable to get your hands on too. Lastly, there are some nice new fabrics out there that are made from reclaimed soda bottles and the like. Below is a place to start

It is very similar to the DUX...
It is very similar to the DUX - a nice looking chair for you. Even better if you got it at a steal.
I don't know if they are "green" but I have used Maharam on quite a few projects and I have always been happy. I have had Maharam - upholstered furniture for maybe 5 years now. Wear so far is nonexistent. It has spot cleaned rather well with some oxi-clean and a clean white rag. I would definitely recommend them. You can also find good deals on Maharam on eBay.
BTW - I'm listening to the Beach Boys' "Surfer Girl." It's so damn good. I think it's making my heart melt and my faith in humanity snowball into the biggest ball of joy imaginable.

Maharam
Using the link LRF gave, and viewing the details of individual fabrics, looks like some are already "green". I tend to question legitemacy of claims...lots of consumer manipulation going on around "green" tags.
White, glad you're feeling wholesome! Sunny california pop will do that. On that note, one track that always gets me awashed in feel goodness is "Summer Breeze", The Isley Brothers version.
Oh..Olive, thats a local fabric supplier. Well, 40minutes aways. Made a mental note to check it out.

Just for fun
Thought it would be fun to upholster the Futorian in all white, and the cushions in yellow.
Idea that's already been done...
