The original owner said she bought them from a factory in Germany.
But yes that sounds wrong now...
Also, the base is slightly different than the chairs pictured in the G-Plan catalogue.
Have loaded the pictures.

The German factory she refers to might be either Luebke, Habeo, Wilkhahn or Casala. They did a lot of designs inspired by well known international makers/ designers. Try searching under the heading 'armlehnstuhl' + factory name.
