Teak tray table, Fritz Hansen, different

Recently picked this for a reasonable price but I did notice the folding mechanism is very different as this one really doesn't have one, just a bolt and two pieces. Is this still FH or a vintage copy?

Moreddi imported these to the US. Similar, but different from the Fritz Hansen / Willumsen & Engholm design. There is an old thread on here that discusses these two.
