Arne Vodder did a similar table for Sibast, although on his the removable drop leaves are semi-circular, and the skirt does not have the curved aspect that your table has.

I have no help as to the designer, etc....natch.
but the table looks to be stressed out when the leaves are inserted, and your grass looks parched. Other than that, a very nice table, and burned grass.

These tables really are too...
These tables really are too long to not have a central support leg. My Vodder table is the same configuration, and I had to add a central leg to keep it from sagging. The center leg I added works fine, but the table really should have come with one.
