I'm intrigued with the options from this Partu modular collection -- but not the pricing.
We need a very low set of dressers, like Composition 25 that's listed on that page -- but would like to see other options.
Any suggestions or recommendations?

zen,
I've had good experiences with Room and Board furniture. Some modern/contemporary stuff, but not all of it. Never shopped online with them, but the retails stores have always come through with what they promised.
Not sure where you're located, but it's a U.S. store.
Their Delano and Copenhagen series seems to be about what you're looking for.
Here's a link to their cabinetry lines:

Room & Board
Is here in Minneapolis...once a division of Gabbert's - the leading high-end furniture store in the Twin Cities metro.
My big beef with Room & Board -aside of having to pay tax on purchases (me and them...same state), is that they are a regular Herman Miller distributor, yet they do not show all items that can be ordered.
Competitive websites like Hive Modern, Retromodern, Home Office Designs, and Highbrow all show the whole kit and kaboodle of what can be had from Herman Miller (and Knoll)
It makes me want to buy from them instead.
And, finally, most of the above (if not in your state) will NOT charge sales tax, and MOST of them have free shipping.
I've had mixed experiences...
I've had mixed experiences with different online shops that don't include shipping and tax -- often the customer service is terrible, the wrong order is shipped, the wrong color, etc. Sometimes what a company doesn't charge in tax and shipping they need to make up for by saving money by cutting back on other services. I love saving on shipping and tax too -- but there's sometimes a 'price' paid in other ways.
Still hoping for some good suggestions on low dressers/cabinets.
