Solange!
thanks so much. i'm so scouring eBay! I'm well. Today actually looks to be a "spring-ish" day! I had a winter coat on yesterday - bet you did too. Adhering to my new rule of "must not buy broken things" has minimized my number of finds.
Hope things are good with you. Thanks again.

My homes are way too boring compared to what's being shown above...so I'll show some of my Hermes neckties instead. I have hundreds of em.
Best,
Aunt Mess

Just Wondering...
Anybody else suddenly feel like blasting Fugazi's "Repeater", watching FIGHT CLUB, and burning the fucking system down?

Mark
Thanks for your kind words. I try to keep the living room somewhat presentable, but the rest of my house is even more cluttered with "stuff". I'm hoping my next space will be better edited.

I didn't make that connection, but my wife did. First thing out of her mouth when I showed her the photos of Shipwright's house was "I like what Tyler Durden's done with the place."
Shipwright: Thanks for sharing. Your place is amazing.

I am hoping
that someday Mark STOPS editing his great posts.
I thought his post was inspired by this thread, and related to the topic (albeit in a strange and unusual way). I was sorry to see it gone this morning.
Seems Shipwrights house has a special effect on many people here. To the other extreme, I also like H Moon's intimate space. Wood'ys interior shots are always among my favorites also.

me again...
I have to say this is one of my favourite threads. while I learn a ton from everyone here, to see all the things you all write about in context, is the most exciting. I love Aunt Mark's posts. So random. Especially when he writes, "hi".

apologies
for all the crap strewn about in these photos. My under 1000 square ft. hillside home has almost no closets. No closets and lots of stairs! (65 stairs to get up to the house)
The shots are taken at two different times of the year, hence the change in clocks. These photos barely show any of my Eames shells. (so no jokes Kin)
There is now a sunflower clock over the storage units. Much better than that droopy cloth thing in the photo.
I am having a hell of a time uploading individual images. Coming soon I hope.
Edit: What the hell, here is the link.

EamesHead
I am curious about your Flock of Butterflies clock. Kind of hard to make out in your pictures. Is it vintage? and if so, what color is it? Is it brass or the painted yellow and orange version? Thanks
