I plan to check out some good affordable midcentury and vintage furniture shops in SF this weekend and wanted to know from all you SF experts out there where to go to get all the good deals. Thanks guys!

The other shop
My wife and I are planning on going to SF next week, to check some of the stores. You can try Apartment Therapy for stores(see link). Design Within Reach stores also have store displays that you can get cheap, you will need to call or visit the stores to see what they have.
