Rocking chair ID help needed

can anyone help me id this chair ive never come across this model before, nothing on it to suggest a maker , the legs have been overpainted with white paint and the seat is made from suede any help much appreciated

version was identified on here in the last couple of years
The name escapes me- but the identifier is most likely still around.
I've seen it in brown leather too
I think it's Dutch or German- but somebody else will remember properly
