Robsjohn Gibbings chair mystery  

I bought this chair under the presumption that it was a Robsjohn Gibbings lounge chair. Everything looks right to me except that my chair has a straight back instead of the curved one that I see on every other chair like this. It also is not stamped Widdicomb, but it does have a mark of "Titian" which I couldn't find anything about. Did Robsjohn Gibbings sell this design to another company, were there knockoffs of this chair produced, or did Widdicomb produce this and not mark it for some reason?
