Salad Rocket Moonshot would be a bowling alley truck stop crazy pants boutique by morning, braised meat garnished with roquette by afternoon, and unabashed vodka well by night. With slab teak hardwood tables, alabaster mirrors, and ceramics, ceramics everywhere. And a parking lot salted with latest model german machines, restored Chevies, and the occasssional green farm tractor slobbered with mud, but driven by impeccably dressed farm hands.
